The official roster is still at zero. Rather than fill the stage with placeholder names, these notes make our standards visible: what a face can and cannot prove, what must remain continuous across stages, what makes a public file official, and why restraint matters.
Each note is an Agency Editorial. It describes the method and responsibility of ZOSTAGE, carries no character Canon, and refers to no hidden or unfinished candidate.
